Large Red Corund Ceramic Plate

Handmade in Corund, Romania.
Crafted from natural clay, this decorative plate features traditional red hues obtained from oxidized clay and intricate hand-painted vegetal motifs. Each piece reflects the meticulous techniques passed down through generations of local artisans.

The creation process is deeply artisanal: after shaping, the clay is coated in white kaolin, decorated with black contours using a goose-feathered tool, and then colored by hand. The result is a vibrant, authentic expression of Corund ceramic heritage.
